YWC-0.25 Bilge Water Clarifier

The YWC-0.25 type Device is used to separate oily water in bilge to make the discharge water meet the requirements of IMO MEPC.107 (49) Resolution.

YWC-0.25 type device is mainly constituted by the 1st stage coalescer, the 2nd stage filter, the 3rd stage membrane, electric control box, oil content meter, MONO pump, pneumatic valve, pressure controller, temperature controller and so on.

The combination offers of Bilge Separator include level controller and bottom valve.

⑼ The function of electric control box ：

The electric control box is installed on the main body of the device. Main function:

a) The control box can control the start and stop of pump manually and automatically;

b) The control box has power supply indicator, operation indicator and fault alarming indicator

c) The control box has Synthesis Fault Alarming Remote Transmission.

d) The control box functions together with bilge level controller.

Main function

The device adopts electrical heating; the 1^st stage cone wave plate gravity and coalesce separation; the 1^st and the 2^nd stage fiber filter and the 3^rd stage membrane permeation in order to make the treated bilge water meet the requirements of discharge standard of the resolution of IMP MEPC.107 (49).
