FRP Fisheries Buoy

Marine fishery landmark buoy is applicable to the coastal fish farming areas, indicating the position of artificial reefs under water to help ensure the security of ship sailing.

Fishery landmarks are basically divided into two categories: ball-shaped glass fiber reinforced plastic fishery landmark and bucket-shaped steel fishery landmark. All landmarks are deployed on the sea with the connection of saddle chains in order to maintain the balance of buoys when there is current around.

The design of all landmarks are in line with the standards of International Association of Lighthouse Authorities.

Features of Fishery Landmark

1. Buoy body: it is the carrier of the whole buoy. Buoy body is made of frp or ship steel plate materials. In order to increase the strength, there are even distibuted reinforcing bars in the inner side of the buoy. The body is filled with non absorbent foam, which can ensure the characteristics of “no water”. Marine fishery landmarks belong to marine “special marks” so that its surface color is yellow.

2. Battery Bin: in the top of the buoy body, sealed by the sealing ring and water sealing ring. Inside of the buoy body, there is a sealed battery and a solar charging controller to avoid the damage to the battery for solar overcharge.

3. Solar Panels: placing on the top of the lamp holder to ensure the enough absorption of solar energy. The solar charging power supply (battery included) can ensure that the anchor light can still supply power energy for one month in the severe weather conditions such as cloudy and rainy weather.

4. The design of riding light is in line with the standards of IALA. This landmark belongs to marine special marks, so its character is yellow flashing with the flashing rhythm accroding to Morse code ”O”;

5. Topmark: the topmark is “X” type, indicating “non channel light buoy”,colored Yellow

6. The fishing logo is also in line with the standard requirements. It is a fish shape and its color is black

7. Tail pipe and the heavy block are at the lower part of the buoy body, which is a crucial role in balancing the beacon light.

8. Lamp Holder: used to support the riding light and solar panels; be produced according to the GB standard, guarantee the height of the lamp frame so as to ensure the actual range of anchor ligjt.
