The steel grade is ABS grade AB/FH32. It is equivalent with CCSFH32, BVFH32, NV F32, GL-F32, KRFH32, LRFH32, KF32, and RINA-FH32. AB/FH32 shipbuilding steel plate is a kind of hot rolled high tensile strength marine steel plate. Its minimum tensile strength is 315MPa. The AB/FH32 shipbuilding steel plate is ideal for the offshore oil drilling platform, the hull and ship repairing. More specifically, the thin but wide plates are used for shipbuilding applications to offer the best processing properties, such as flatness and weldability. In contrast, thick high-strength thermo-mechanical rolled shipbuilding plates are used in offshore applications.
