1. The surface of shackle should be smooth. It is not allowed to have defects such as cracks and sharpe edges.

2. Please check the body and bolt to ensure it without serious wear, deformation and fatigue crack.

3. The use of shackle shall not exceed the prescribed safety working load.

4. The shackle should be scrapped when there is obvious permanent deformation or the shaft pin can not rotate freely.
